LULOE may update them from time to time as our brand evolves. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on this website.

We collect only what’s needed to:
• Deliver your order
• Communicate with you about your purchase

We never sell or trade your details. Information is shared only with trusted third parties (like couriers or payment providers) where it’s essential to complete your order. You can unsubscribe from emails or request changes at any time by contacting us directly.


Orders & Payment

Every LULOE product is thoughtfully curated and described as accurately as possible. In rare cases, pricing or availability errors may occur. If so, we may need to amend or cancel your order, but we will always contact you first.
Full payment is required at checkout via secure payment gateways, including Afterpay and other approved methods. Your financial details are processed securely and never stored by LULOE.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared with care and sent via trusted partners such as Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimates only. While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. LULOE cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our blends are food-grade and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email hello@luloe.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
We will happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Promotions & Offers

From time to time, we may offer special promotions or complimentary samples. Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes
• Complimentary products are limited to one per order
• Offers apply only during the stated period and cannot be applied to past orders

We reserve the right to update or withdraw promotions at any time.

All text, imagery, and designs on this website are part of the LULOE brand identity. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
