Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted partners such as Australia Post.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days and sent from Western Australia.
Delivery times vary by region, please allow 3–7 business days for most metro areas, and a little longer for rural or remote locations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@luloe.com.au and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are food-grade and perishable, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@luloe.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll happily arrange a replacement to be sent out.
Are your teas organic?
Yes! Our blends are crafted from premium, organic botanicals, sourced for purity, freshness, and transparency. Each ingredient is chosen for its natural integrity and sensory experience.
How should I store my tea?
Keep your LULOE blends in their glass amber jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Can your teas be enjoyed iced?
Absolutely. Steep as usual, then chill and serve over ice for a refreshing version of your ritual.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes — we use recyclable glass jars, compostable NatureFlex sample bags, washed vintage linens and eco mailers wherever possible. Our goal is to create beautiful, thoughtful packaging that honours both you and the earth.
